As former professional ballet dancers and current personal trainers, Ben Slayen and Megan Dunn take the stress and guesswork out of building long, lean muscles, and maintaining a strong and graceful physique. Their combined years of experience include a deep knowledge of flexibility, stretching, strength, endurance training, proper nutrition, injury prevention, aerobic/anaerobic workouts, and performing experience.

Add a healthy dose of humor, music, fun, and their love of working with people, and have a fitness and exercise program in a realm of its own.
