When selecting a dance school, it is important to consider the quality of training, the experience of the teachers, and the atmosphere of the school.
Director and Founder Jean-Hugues Feray, along with his entire staff, have had lasting professional and celebrated careers performing with the best international and national ballet and dance companies, and are now choreographers and incredible teachers. Their vast experience and knowledge is passed directly along to students of Paris Ballet and Dance -- class by class -- on a daily basis. Students also have opportunities to be taught by phenomenal guest teachers, and to take Master Classes with some of the most renowned dance educators in the world.

Performances are an important element of a student's dance education. Paris Ballet and Dance offers performing opportunities for students with two major shows a year including the professional-style full-length production of The Nutcracker. However, please understand it's the incredible and strong ballet-based classroom training which is emphasized – at all times.
Paris Ballet and Dance is also affiliated with the prestigious Joffrey Ballet School Outreach and Collaboration Program.
In past years, students have been accepted into highly renowned Schools, Summer Intensives, and Programs throughout the country. These schools include: Alonzo King Lines Summer Intensive, Alvin Ailey Summer Intensive, American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensive, Ballet West Summer Intensive, Boston Ballet, Gainesville University Dance Summer Program, Gelsey Kirkland Summer Intensive, Harid Conservatory, Joffrey Ballet Summer Intensive, The Julliard School Julliard Summer Intensive, The Kirov Academy, Miami City Ballet Summer Intensive, Orlando Ballet Summer Intensive, The Nutmeg Ballet Conservatory Summer Intensive, Next Generation Ballet, and The Patel Conservatory Summer Intensive.
Students have been accepted into colleges, and universities such as Ailey/Fordham B.F.A. Program, Cincinnati Conservatory, Florida State University, The Julliard School, Point Park University, SUNY at Purchase in New York, and University of Florida. Students have also been accepted into Bak Middle School for the Arts and Dreyfoos School of the Arts.
Though Paris Ballet and Dance is not a competition school, in January 2015, Paris Ballet and Dance sponsored a student at Youth America Grand Prix who took the Second Place Award. She went to the Finals in New York. In 2017, expect to see several students participate if they are ready, and prepared for the commitment, dedication and extremely hard work!
Paris Ballet and Dance's Conservatory Day Program offers ELITE AND ACCELERATED training for the serious student preparing for a professional career in dance! While rewarding, this programs is strict and demanding, requiring many hours of hard work. Entrance into The Conservatory is by audition or by invitation only.
Paris Ballet and Dance's Ensemble Advanced Training Program offers advanced and rigorous training for the serious student who may also be preparing to use their dance training to gain admission into college. Like The Conservatory, students can expect is strict and demanding at it also requires many hours of hard work. Entrance into The Ensemble Advanced Training Program is by audition or by invitation only.
We take every student’s training and development very seriously. Our approach to teaching helps contribute to the health and proper formation of bones and muscles in children.
Our technique also focuses on injury prevention, developing a positive physical aesthetic, and acquiring good etiquette and attitude, as well as building positive self-esteem.
Paris Ballet and Dance Founder and Director Jean-Hugues Feray trained at the Paris Opera Ballet, and danced internationally. He also had the privilege to have taught at Dreyfoos School of the Performing Arts!
